How does billing work?

Legacy Map™ is completed first. Tier 1–2 are billed upfront; Tier 3 runs on a monthly retainer. All invoices are handled securely through Dubsado.

Fit Guarantee

If your VA isn’t the right fit, we’ll provide one complimentary replacement within the first 30 days (Tier 1) or 60 days (Tier 2). Tier 3 includes one complimentary replacement per 12-month period.
