Timeline

How long does matching take?

Database access is available after approval. Curated matching typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on scope and availability.

Billing

How does billing work?

Membership is a one-time access fee which includes 90-days access to our database. Tiers are billed through Stone Ops based on the level of support you choose.

Fit Guarantee

If your VA isn’t the right fit, we’ll provide one complimentary replacement within the first 30 days (Tier 1) or 60 days (Tier 2). Tier 3 includes one complimentary replacement per 12-month period.
