Overview

This website and all related products, programs, and platforms (collectively, the “Sites”) are operated by Stone Technology and Operations LLC, doing business as Stone Ops (“Stone Ops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Sites, programs, or materials — including but not limited to The Legacy Path™, The Legacy Map™, The Legacy Studio™, The Legacy Vault™, The Legacy Blueprint™, and any future products or services offered under The Legacy Path™ brand — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites, purchase our products, or access our content.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Sites or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

All websites operated by Stone Ops, including stoneops.co and portal.stoneops.co;
Any third-party platforms we use to deliver products or services (such as Kajabi, Dubsado, Notion, Airtable, Slack, or other tools);
All digital and physical products, including but not limited to courses, memberships, intensives, downloads, templates, and consulting services offered under The Legacy Path™ name or any related sub-brand.

2. Use of Our Sites and Services

You agree to use our Sites and materials only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You may not:

Attempt to interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of any Stone Ops Site;
Access or use our content or systems in a way that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws;
Share, sell, or transfer your login or membership credentials to others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our programs or Sites at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within The Legacy Path™ ecosystem — including videos, templates, SOPs, frameworks, graphics, text, and resources — are the exclusive property of Stone Technology and Operations LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:

Reproduce, republish, or distribute materials without written consent;
Share or resell access to any program or file;
Remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or attribution.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

4. No Professional Advice

All materials and information provided by Stone Ops are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through our Sites, products, or communications constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

We use third-party platforms and integrations (such as Kajabi, Dubsado, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and others) to host and deliver elements of our programs.
While we take care in choosing reputable tools, we do not control or guarantee the performance, availability, or security of these external platforms.
Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Sites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
By using our Sites or participating in any Stone Ops program, you consent to our data practices in accordance with that policy.

7. Payments and Refunds

All prices, fees, and payment terms are clearly stated at the point of purchase for each program or product.
Unless otherwise noted in a specific service agreement:

All payments are non-refundable due to the digital and proprietary nature of our materials.
Payment plans must be completed as agreed; failure to pay may result in suspended access to all products and services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Sites, programs, and materials are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements.
Participation in The Legacy Path™ programs does not create any employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Stone Ops.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Technology and Operations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Your use (or inability to use) our Sites or materials;
Errors or omissions in content; or
Unauthorized access to your data.

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for access to the applicable product or program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stone Ops, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Sites or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any claims or actions shall be filed in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service or purchase agreements, represent the full and complete understanding between you and Stone Ops regarding your use of our Sites, products, and programs.
