Once your application is approved, you'll receive the Mission, Vision & Values Workbook and Strategic Objectives Brainstorm — both completed before Call 1. Most founders finish in 2–3 hours. Michelle reviews everything before the first session so Call 1 begins at depth, not from scratch.
The final call includes a specific implementation recommendation based on what the Map reveals. For most founders that means continuing into The Legacy Framework™ — the 6-month Fractional DOO engagement where Michelle leads and the Stone Operations team builds. It's a recommendation, not a requirement.
