The Legacy Framework™

Senior Operational Leadership.
A Team That Builds.

This is not a plan you implement yourself. Michelle leads your operations as your Fractional DOO. A specialist team executes the build. Six months from now, your business runs differently.

6 Months
1 Fractional DOO
1 Specialist Team
0 Plans left for you to implement

Most founders at this stage have tried to delegate. The handoffs came back. The team asked the same questions. The structure was never built to hold what the business had become.

The Legacy Framework™ is not a consulting engagement. Michelle steps in as your Fractional DOO — leading operations, directing the team, and building the infrastructure your business needs at this level.

Is This You?

Your team is capable.
The structure behind them is not.

  • You have a team in place — but execution still routes back to you because there is no operational structure holding it.
  • Delivery varies across offers and clients depending on who handles it and when. There is no single documented process.
  • You have tried to build systems before. They did not hold because no one was leading the implementation.
  • You need a partner who builds alongside you — not a plan to implement alone after a strategy call.
The Fit

Built for founders
at this specific stage.

Established service businesses with consistent revenue, a team in place, and operational complexity that has outgrown the infrastructure it was built on.

The Difference

You Get Michelle. You Also Get the Team.

Most fractional support gives you one person's time. The Legacy Framework™ gives you a Fractional DOO leading the strategy and a specialist team executing it. The work gets done — not handed back to you as homework.

What Gets Built

Six deliverables. All executed by the team.

These are not templates to fill in or plans to implement later. The team builds them inside your business.

01

Systems Map + 90-Day Plan

A full operational diagnostic and prioritized implementation plan — what needs to be built, in what order, with defined owners and timelines.

02

Delivery Workflows

Documented client journeys and internal processes for inquiry, onboarding, delivery, and offboarding — consistent across every offer.

03

ClickUp Architecture

Spaces, lists, views, and naming conventions built to match how your business actually runs — not a generic template dropped into your account.

04

SOPs & Team Playbooks

Short, usable standard operating procedures your team can follow without asking you first. Built around your specific workflows, not generic examples.

05

Automations That Work

Intentional automations for handoffs, follow-ups, reminders, and status updates — installed and tested by the team, not handed to you to configure.

06

Operational Dashboard

A clear view of pipeline, capacity, delivery, and revenue so you can make decisions from data rather than from what feels most urgent right now.

SOPs, team playbooks, and ClickUp architecture built so your team can move work without routing every decision back to you. Ownership becomes structural, not personal.

5–6
Months 5–6

Stabilize & Hand Off

Refinement, team training, and a Legacy Roadmap™ for what comes next. The systems built during this engagement hold long after the engagement closes.

Common Questions

Applications are reviewed weekly. If it is a fit, you will receive an invitation to a private consult with Michelle to discuss your business, goals, and scope. There is no obligation to move forward after the consult.

The Legacy Map™ is recommended but not required. It gives Michelle a full diagnostic of your business before the build begins — which means Month 1 starts with clarity rather than discovery. For most founders, it is the faster path into a strong Framework engagement.

The specialist team handles the full build — ClickUp architecture, workflow documentation, automations, SOPs, and dashboards. Your role is to show up to biweekly sessions with Michelle, make decisions when decisions are needed, and lead your business. The heavy operational build is not yours to carry.

Biweekly working sessions with Michelle plus light approvals and feedback between sessions. Most founders spend two to three hours per week on the engagement itself. The rest is handled by Michelle and the team.

ClickUp is the primary build environment. Part of the process involves assessing your current tools and deciding what to keep, simplify, or sunset. The goal is never more complexity — it is less. If your existing tools can hold what needs to be built, we will use them.

The final phase includes a Legacy Roadmap™ — a clear picture of what was built, how it runs, and what comes next. Founders who want continued operational partnership can transition into the Legacy Collective™. The systems built during the Framework are yours and are designed to run without ongoing Stone Operations involvement.
